CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Each of our clients are partnered with a dedicated Client Account Manager whose primary responsibility is to ensure the clients needs and interests are represented across the business. Our Account Managers work closely with their respective clients to ensure open communication, smooth transactions and effective resolution of any issues that arise – overall providing a seamless and satisfying client experience.

MARKETING

Our marketing team are leaders in terms of ideas, innovation, strategy and creative output. They collaborate directly with clients to ensure their visions and goals are aligned and effectively executed. This close partnership allows us to tailor our approach to each unique brand, maximising impact and driving successful outcomes across each campaign.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customer service team is dedicated to providing clients with truly excellent standards of service, whenever you need it. We process customer communications by way of email, inbound calls and postal correspondence and work to high standards to ensure all customer service matters are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION

Our bespoke logistics and distribution services take care of all your needs, and ensure we reach all corners of the globe. With a host of technological advancements, we have the tools to assist clients with everything from eCommerce storage fulfilment, direct mail, as well as palletised freight, ensuring your product arrives cost-effectively and on time, every time.

CENTRAL OPERATIONS

We believe that your success is our success. That’s why our central operations team excels in process management and is constantly evolving business systems and processes which underpin the operational efficiency and achievement against time sensitive deadlines on behalf of our clients.

FINANCE TEAM

Our finance team is proficient in accuracy, financial planning, and budget management. They collaborate directly with clients to ensure all financial goals and requirements are clearly understood and aligned from the outset, delivering robust support and ensuring fiscal accuracy across each of the services we provide.

CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE

A lump sum based on a multiple of x1 the annual salary paid out by the insurer upon diagnosis of a critical illness.

CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME

Enables salary sacrifice to purchase cycles and accessories at tax free cost.

GROUP INCOME PROTECTION

Protection for employees in the event of being unable to work for a defined period of time due to illness.

GROUP LIFE COVER

This policy provides a lump sum payout of x4 an employee’s annual salary in the event of death in service.

HEALTHCARE CASH PLAN

A lump sum to pay for certain medical, dental or optical needs, or to cover expenses for a hospital stay.

HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT

Four weeks in the first year, plus bank holidays for full-time staff (pro rata for part-time). Five weeks after the first year.

ENHANCED SICKNESS PAY
